Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to support NICU and pediatric patients, demonstrating proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and executing assignments per hospital policies.

You may work with Respiratory Students in the clinical setting and contribute to a patient-centered team. The role emphasizes timely certifications and adherence to standards while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Certification in resuscitation for neonates within 90 days of start date.
• NBRC-CRT or NBRC-RRT certification required.
• RRT/RCP-State Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner certification required.
• BCLS certification required, instructor preferred/required.
• PALS instructor or Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 30 days.

Job Summary And Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with additional competency in NICU and Pediatric patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Certificate
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist, or (NBRC-RRT) Registered Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor Required
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
