We are seeking an experienced allied health professional for a travel assignment in a neonatal intensive care setting.

This role involves independently managing vented neonatal patients, including setting up and overseeing invasive and non-invasive ventilation devices such as Bubble CPAP, high-flow therapy, inhaled nitric oxide, and high-frequency ventilation (HFOV and HFJV).

The position requires at least 1 year of neonatal or PICU critical care experience, with preferred skills in managing high-frequency ventilation, surfactant administration, and inhaled nitric oxide therapy.

Key responsibilities

include admitting and managing high-risk neonatal patients, operating specialized respiratory equipment, and attending high-risk deliveries.

Qualifications and skills

include a valid license, BLS, RRT, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications. Experience with Epic is preferred. Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the facility and be available for travel only. A recent charge/lead/supervisor reference and a driver's license are required.

This role involves night shifts, with a maximum of 10 days off, and requires uploading certifications and health documents for onboarding. The position is for 12 weeks, working 12-hour shifts, with potential floating to other units or locations.
