UVA Health in Manassas, VA seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the UVA Health Prince William Medical Center team. This non-exempt role focuses on establishing patient relationships, assessing and implementing respiratory care plans, and collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree or Certificate (Bachelor's preferred), NBRC-registered licensure, and BLS at hire with ACLS/NRP/PALS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Registered by National Board of Respiratory Care with current RCP licensure in applicable state.
• BLS required on hire; ACLS, NRP and PALS within 90 days of hire date.
• CRT or RRT; VA State Licensure.

Responsabilités

• Establish authentic patient relationships and collaborate with physicians to assess, plan, implement and evaluate respiratory care.
• Provide and evaluate personalized respiratory plans of care; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Document care progress and communicate with the care team and patient support system.
