Beachwood Post Acute & Rehab is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our acute/subacute care team. You will follow schedule and policies, assess patient needs, and document data while coordinating with nursing and physicians.

Responsibilities include implementing plan of care, reporting changes, and ensuring confidentiality of patient information. CPR/BLS/ACLS certifications are required, with a BS preferred and at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school is required.
• Graduate of a respiratory care program.
• Bachelor of Science in health care field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year respiratory experience in acute/subacute unit preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receive and follow supervisor schedule and facility policies.
• Assess signs/symptoms and plan care for patients.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and diagnoses.
• Report changes in respiratory status to supervisor, nurse, and physician as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
