Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient respiratory care in a hospital setting. You will assess, diagnose, plan, and treat under department guidelines, applying advanced expertise to ensure patient safety and quality care.

The role requires independence, ongoing learning, and collaboration with healthcare professionals, including support for critical care activities such as ECMO, mechanical ventilation, and bronchoscopies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Licenses & Certifications: Respiratory Care Practitioner, RRT, Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BLS).
• Ability to perform advanced clinical procedures and troubleshoot as needed.
• Strong communication, teaching, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient respiratory care within hospital guidelines.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, and treat patients per unit protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams; educate patients and staff.
