Qualificações

• Required: Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy with licensure eligibility.
• Preferred: BS in a related field; current BLS certification.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or registry eligible; ACLS/PALS within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic testing and administer prescribed respiratory therapy.
• Operate invasive and non-invasive ventilation and monitors.
• Manage arterial blood gases, co-oximetry, and PFT screening.
• Apply infection control standards and protocol bundles.
• Document care, equipment checks, and safety logs daily.
• Collaborate with the care team to support the plan of care.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in performance improvement.
