Fairview is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to join our Respiratory Therapy team at our M Health Fairview Masonic Children’s Hospital location in Minneapolis, MN.
We’re offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus (Flat rate / Not Prorated) for RTs with 2+ years of Neonatal / Pediatric experience who are hired at our Children's Masonic Hospital location! If you do not have the experience listed, then you can also qualify for our $9,000 Sign-On Bonus!
Respiratory Therapy at the U of M Masonic Children’s hospital is a dynamic, growing department with approximately 50 staff members. As part of a large, integrated, academic healthcare system, the Respiratory Therapist plays a vital role in caring for children. We prioritize family-centered care, with families as the child's primary support, and our Respiratory Therapists are key partners in the care team.
The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services as prescribed by a physician, following department protocols. They assess, interpret, and intervene in the care of neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, ensuring safety and welfare during treatments.
Schedule: This position is 0.6 FTE (48 hours every two weeks), with 12-hour shifts on day and night rotations, including every other weekend.
