Orlando Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders on a diverse clinical unit. You will initiate and implement therapeutic procedures, maintain patient records, and operate respiratory equipment to deliver safe, evidence‑based care.

The role requires licensure as an RRT with NBRC, BLS, and ALS as appropriate, plus ongoing clinical ladder participation. It offers day‑one benefits and a comprehensive retirement program.

Formación

• Associate of Science in Respiratory Care or Cardiopulmonary Sciences.
• Advanced floor or entry Critical Care training.
• Basic computer/machine training.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates competency in respiratory therapeutics and in the use of non‑invasive ventilators, pulmonary diagnostics, and other equipment.
• Maintains accurate and precise documentation.
• Communicates openly with all members of the healthcare team.
• Instructs clinical practicum students.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development to patient care across lifespan.
