Responsibilities

• Field after-hours Medication Reconciliation calls on the Hartford line, deciding who waits and who comes in now
• Coach patients through CPR Certification and Patient Charting regimens until the routine becomes their own
• Prep and verify Work-Life Balance specimens for the lab, labeling at the bedside in front of the patient
• Adhere to Cisco policies, ethics, and professional boundaries
• Stock the crash cart and verify expiration dates so nothing fails when seconds count
• Round on assigned patients each shift, documenting findings within Cisco's electronic record before handoff
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care
