Job summary

Rehabilitation Hospital of Oak Creek is a brand-new inpatient rehabilitation facility opening in 2026, part of Lifepoint Health, delivering high-quality care to help patients improve health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive rehab programs.

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team, with responsibilities including oxygen delivery, therapy administration, ventilator setup, and arterial blood sampling.

Qualifications

• Current State Respiratory Therapist Licensure.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Current CPR certification.
• Three (3) or more years of previous experience in all aspects of cardiopulmonary services highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of oxygen delivery methods and equipment.
• Administers respiratory therapy treatments and monitors for side effects.
• Sets up and monitors mechanical ventilators and airway management duties.
• Assesses pain interfering with rehabilitation and notifies physician for intervention.
