Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our connected network of facilities in Indiana. You will evaluate plans of care with physicians, assess therapy modalities, and provide emergency airway management as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an IN RT license with active registrations, ACLS/BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP certifications, and at least 18 months of NICU/PICU experience. Education must be CoARC-accredited.

Qualifications

• Current IN RT License and Registration.
• ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT, NRP Certification required.
• 18 months of recent NICU or PICU experience required.
• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient evaluations to assist physician in creating or updating patient’s Plan of Care.
• Assess modalities of respiratory therapy, recommend changes, including improvements to delivery of respiratory care.
• Provide emergency airway management when necessary.

Hourly Pay Rate: $43-$53
