Qualifications

• Completion of accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Must be a credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC).
• State licensure as Respiratory Care Practitioner (IL or MI).
• NBRC credentials required if credentialed after 1 July 2002.
• New graduates must pass all exams for RRT credential.
• Proof of state licensure application required before orientation.
• Licensure must be obtained within six months of hire.
• CPR – AHA BLS for Health Care Providers.
