Job summary

11th Hour Service is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist II to provide comprehensive respiratory care across neonatal to geriatric patients. You will perform assessments, deliver prescribed therapies, educate patients and families, and document treatment responses per physician orders and clinical protocols.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will initiate and monitor ventilation, manage noninvasive and high-flow therapies, conduct rounds, and participate in rapid-response events.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited respiratory care program.
• RCP licenses for WV and VA.
• BLS certification required (AHA).
• ACLS or ECG/pharmacology coursework.
• NBRC credential (RRT/CRT) or 5+ years experience.
• NRP certification mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy per physician orders and protocols.
• Conduct routine patient assessments and rounds.
• Monitor oxygenation with pulse oximetry and overnight studies.
• Manage invasive and noninvasive ventilation.
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and related procedures.
• Complete documentation in electronic health record.
