Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Administers aerosolized medications, manages ventilators, performs airway procedures, and conducts arterial blood gas analysis. Provides patient and family education, collaborates with healthcare teams, and mentors staff and students. Ensures safe, high-quality care by promoting evidence-based practices, accurate documentation, and performance improvement initiatives. Participates in invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Requires Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Respiratory Therapy; NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS certifications are mandatory. Minimal 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Must possess good communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills. Ability to establish strong working relationships with healthcare professionals and provide excellent customer service.
