The role involves providing family-centered, age-appropriate clinical cardiopulmonary care, utilizing assessment findings to determine patient and family needs in collaboration with the healthcare team, and communicating findings effectively. The position requires seeking personal and professional development, ensuring safe operation of life support equipment, and taking on leadership roles as assigned. You may also precept staff after demonstrating proficiency and participate in hospital/departmental committees, special projects, and research.
