Job Description

Norco, Inc. is currently offering a signing bonus of $1,500.00 for this position. Details of the signing bonus can be discussed during the interview. (Applies to full-time direct new hires only)

Norco is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Respiratory Therapist/Clinician position. The Respiratory Therapist/Clinician is responsible for evaluating, ordering, and setting up all Category II and III equipment, including rehabilitation services, as directed. Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate with patients, physicians, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to optimize clients' equipment needs.
  2. Perform evaluations in homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals.
  3. Provide sales support and product demonstrations to the healthcare community.
  4. Monitor the Quality Improvement Program.
  5. Troubleshoot equipment related to oxygen and respiratory services during business hours and as needed after hours, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Market Norco services to referral sources.
  7. Coordinate respiratory-related discharges with customer service staff.
  8. Adhere to all established procedures, policies, and safety rules.
  9. Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary.
Qualifications
  1. CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN, or eligible for any of these credentials.
  2. State license, as required.
  3. Ability to lift 25-40 lbs occasionally.
  4. Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a caring, personable manner.
  5. Excellent public relations and customer service skills.
  6. Valid Driver's License.
