Qualifications

• Graduate from a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program
• Current state licensure and Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license

• Additional certifications include ACLS; PALS for ER roles
• Minimum of one year of experience (excluding orientation), with preferred critical care experience

Skills & Duties

Proficient with respiratory devices, capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, and crawling. Provides direct patient care, collaborates with medical team, and ensures therapy effectiveness. Flexibility in shift timing with options for day or night shifts, and variable shift lengths (4, 8, or 12 hours).
