Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification and current IL state licensure needed.

Description:

Join Loyola Medicine as a Respiratory Therapist! We are part of Trinity Health, a nationally ranked academic healthcare system based in Chicago's western suburbs, including Loyola University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, and MacNeal Hospital.

What you’ll do:

• Perform respiratory care procedures such as bronchial hygiene, oxygen therapy, and emergency room respiratory services.
• Set up and administer complex respiratory procedures including artificial ventilation and medication administration.
• Record patient data like ventilatory volumes, pressures, flows, and blood gas analyses.

What you’ll need:

• Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
• CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Current IL state licensure or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC

Pay Range:

$33.50 - $42.24 per hour (actual salary may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, and certifications)
