Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Pediatrics & Neonatal Care at CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a compassionate, skilled clinician to deliver advanced respiratory therapies for neonatal and pediatric patients in a collaborative setting.You will assess needs, develop care plans, mentor colleagues, ensure safety and infection control, and participate in quality improvement while supporting families and the broader critical care team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a CoARC-approved respiratory therapy program.
• Must hold NBRC RRT credential and a valid RCP license.
• Strong critical-thinking and communication skills; patient care oriented.

• Provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal and pediatric patients, including delivering treatments, assessing needs, developing care plans, assisting with procedures, monitoring progress, educating families, and supporting critical care services.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, serve as a mentor, ensure safety and infection control, operate respiratory equipment, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CoARC-approved program, hold a valid RCP license, and possess NBRC RRT credential.
• Must have strong critical-thinking, communication, and patient care skills, with the ability to handle equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Pediatric, neonatal, or critical care experience, along with ACLS and PALS certifications, are preferred.
