Job summary

AARC is seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team in a family-oriented environment that values teamwork and exceptional patient care.

The role includes nights, 36 hours per week, with rotation across shifts. Responsibilities span a broad range of respiratory therapies, monitoring, and emergency response activities to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential through the NBRC.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP and BLS certification obtainable after hire or current.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide aerosol therapy treatments and related respiratory care.
• Perform EKGs and monitor patient status.
• Manage noninvasive ventilation and CPAP therapies.
• Oversee ventilator management and wean as appropriate.
• Participate in Code Blue events and Rapid Response activities.
• Apply and monitor Holter devices as needed.
• Support other respiratory therapy duties as assigned.

Registered/Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) – Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team in a supportive, family-oriented environment where teamwork and exceptional patient care are top priorities.

Position Details

• Status: Full-Time
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift: Nights, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotation: 3 shifts per week

Responsibilities

The Respiratory Therapist will provide a wide range of respiratory care services, including:

• Aerosol therapy treatments
• Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
• Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation (NPPV)
• CPAP management
• Ventilator management
• Participation in Code Blue events
• Rapid Response Team support
• Holter monitor application and monitoring
• Other respiratory therapy duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT credential through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Current or obtainable after hire:
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
