Embassy Healthcare in Fairfield, OH is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct respiratory care to residents and supervise day-to-day respiratory activities. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and requires maintaining high standards of care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Requires current RRT NBRC license and CPR certification, with on-site responsibilities across shifts.

Formación

• On-the-job training provided.
• Prefer 6 months experience.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day respiratory care functions in accordance with rules and guidelines.
• Review department policies, procedures, and job descriptions for revisions.
• Plan shifts and services with staff and support personnel.
• Ensure respiratory Procedures Manual is current and followed.
• Provide written and oral reports to the Director of Nursing and pulmonary providers.
• Coordinate respiratory services with other resident care to maintain total care plans.
