The Pavilion at Piketon for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Piketon, OH seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, administer oxygen therapy, and educate residents and families on respiratory care.

Responsibilities include monitoring responses to therapy, collaborating with physicians and staff, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to safety standards. This is a full-time role on site.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• CRP, CRT, or RRT license.
• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of pulmonary function and pulmonary rehabilitation.
• Experience with respiratory equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' respiratory conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory issues.
• Administer oxygen therapy and nebulizer treatments.
• Monitor patients' responses and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and home techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to emergencies with respiratory support.
• Stay current on advances in respiratory care and safety standards.
