The Pavilion at Piketon for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Piketon, OH seeks a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our dedicated team. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, administer oxygen therapy, and educate residents and families on respiratory care.

Responsibilities include monitoring responses to therapy, collaborating with physicians and staff, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to safety standards. This is a full-time role on site.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• CRP, CRT, or RRT license.
• Current RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Strong knowledge of pulmonary function and pulmonary rehabilitation.
• Experience with respiratory equipment.

• Administer therapeutic procedures, including oxygen therapy and nebulizer treatments.
• Monitor patients' responses to therapy and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions and home care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Respond to emergency situations, such as code blue events, and provide immediate respiratory support.
• Stay current on advances in respiratory care and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.
