Cranberry Place in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking compassionate Respiratory Therapists to join our clinical team on day or night shifts. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus ($2,500 for part-time) and a supportive environment managed by Oakdale Seniors Alliance, focusing on respiratory care for our residents and sub-acute patients.

Formación

• Active PA license as Respiratory Care Practitioner/RT.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment and care execution: conduct respiratory assessments and administer therapies.
• Airway and equipment management: set up and monitor ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, suctioning.
• Emergency response: CPR and emergency airway management as needed.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: document responses and participate in care planning.
• Resident and family education on conditions and equipment use.
