Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license; RRT preferred; Ohio licensure highly desirable.
• Significant ventilator experience in SNF/LTACH/ICU settings.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the respiratory therapy and ventilator program.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and coverage for RT services.
• Oversee ventilator management, trach care, and respiratory treatments.
• Develop, review, and maintain respiratory therapy policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to respiratory therapy staff.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and physicians on care planning and clinical outcomes.
• Participate in admissions, resident assessments, and discharge planning as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight of the respiratory therapy and ventilator program
• Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling, and coverage for RT services
• Oversee ventilator management, trach care, and respiratory treatments
• Develop, review, and maintain respiratory therapy policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to respiratory therapy staff
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and physicians on care planning and clinical outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Respiratory Therapist license (RRT preferred) in the state of Ohio

• Strong knowledge of ventilator management, trach care, and respiratory protocols
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
