Job summary

Gundersen Health System in Wisconsin is recruiting an Emplify Health by Gundersen Respiratory Care professional. You will provide respiratory care with autonomy, collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes and manage cardiopulmonary assessments.

The position offers a 0.5 FTE schedule (40 hours every 2 weeks), day shifts with weekend rotation and generous sign-on/relocation incentives, plus comprehensive benefits and a strong training partnership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in respiratory therapy required.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification required.
• RCP license by the state of Wisconsin required.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within 2 years of hire.
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Works with autonomy while collaborating across departments to improve patient health.
• Assesses cardiopulmonary status to develop and evaluate respiratory care plans.
• Addresses education and training needs of patients and families in outpatient settings.
