The ideal candidate must have an associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy, current Michigan license, and must complete RRT credentials within one year of hire. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available along with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in Michigan is required.
• Completion of AHA courses: BLS, ACLS, PALS and AAP-NRP.
• 5 years of experience preferred for specific positions.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment and therapy to patients with respiratory needs.
• Communicate findings and evaluate patient responses.
• Assist with emergency procedures including CPR and intubation.
