Job summary

Emplify Health in La Crosse, Wisconsin, is seeking Respiratory Therapists for part-time roles with flexible Day/Night and weekend rotations.

Starting rate is $33.78/hr plus experience-based increases; shift differentials apply: PM $2.50, Nights $4.00, Weekends $3.00.

We offer a $15K sign-on for 2+ years, $10K for less, $15K relocation, mentoring, strong benefits, and a collaborative team dedicated to patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy is required.
• CRT certification by the National Board for Respiratory Care is required.
• RCP licensure by the State of Wisconsin is required.
• RRT certification within 2 years of hire is required.
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.

Responsibilities

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes.
• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings.

Position Details:

• Part-time openings available!
• Shifts Available: Day/Night rotation, Day/PM rotation, straight days and straight nights. Every third weekend and rotating holidays is required
• Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience
• Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour
• Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin

What You’ll Do:

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes

What You’ll Receive:

• $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
• $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)
• $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates (Must be relocating more than 100 miles away from La Crosse, WI)

What You Need:

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care
• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire
• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
