Medical City Dallas is seeking a Respiratory Therapist CRTT to join our team. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive respiratory care across modalities in a tertiary care setting.

The ideal candidate will have NBRC-credentialed CRT, Texas license, and current BLS. One year of experience is preferred, with opportunities to work with students in clinical settings. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduated from NBRC-recognized Respiratory Care program.
• 1 year of respiratory care experience preferred.
• Must be CRT credentialed by NBRC on hire.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as Respiratory Care Practitioner.

• Provide proficient respiratory care across all modalities.
• Execute assignments in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with MD and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Summary and Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and other multidisciplinary assigned skills as defined by training and competency demonstration. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What qualifications you will need

• Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC.
• One-year experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Must be credentialed as CRT by NBRC upon hire.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider.
