Job summary

Medical City Dallas, part of the nation’s leading healthcare provider, HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Respiratory Therapist CRTT. You will demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in a high-volume hospital setting.

The role requires NBRC credential, Texas license as Respiratory Care Practitioner, and current BLS certification. You may work with Respiratory Students to support clinical training and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care recognized by NBRC.
• One-year experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Must be credentialed as CRT by NBRC upon hire.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Qualifications

It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and other multidisciplinary assigned skills as defined by training and competency demonstration. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What qualifications you will need

• Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC.
• One-year experience in Respiratory Care preferred.
• Must be credentialed as CRT by NBRC upon hire.
• Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
