Qualifications

• Licensed Respiratory Therapist per NBRC (RRT) certification.
• State-credentialed RRT/RCP.
• ACLS Instructor credential within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS Instructor credential within 30 days of start date.
• PALS Instructor credential within 30 days of start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Instructor credential within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assessing respiratory status by performing focused exams and interpreting breath sounds to determine need for interventions.
• Delivering evidence-based therapy including oxygen, aerosols, and airway clearance across care settings.
• Managing ventilation and airway care by assisting with invasive and noninvasive ventilation and monitoring responses.
