Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Care program.
• Associate degree.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical aspects of Respiratory Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosis, treatment, and management of pulmonary disorders in all patient areas.
• Perform cardiopulmonary evaluation and education for patients and families.
• Administer and monitor respiratory care procedures and related therapies.
• Set up and monitor ventilators and respiratory equipment as prescribed by physicians.
• Record procedures and patient responses in EPIC and ensure data accuracy.
• Support life support patients and participate in codes and emergency responses.
