Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Care program.
• Associate degree.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all clinical aspects of Respiratory Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosis, treatment and management of pulmonary disorders per physician prescription.
• Perform cardiopulmonary evaluation, monitoring, and education for patients and families.
• Administer and monitor medical gases, ventilation support, airway care and related therapies.
• Record care and patient response in EPIC and other systems.
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment and respond to emergencies and codes.
• Supervise technicians to ensure clinical compliance.
