Crosswalk Health is hiring Respiratory Therapists (CRT or RRT) and Pulmonary Function Technologists (CPFT or RPFT) to perform simple spirometry testing at primary care clinics in the Las Vegas area. This role offers Monday-Friday daytime schedule, autonomy with meaningful patient impact, and a fast-growing healthcare startup environment.

You will visit local clinics, educate patients, administer albuterol when indicated, upload results for pulmonologist review, and maintain testing equipment.

Qualifications

• Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential required.
• Experience performing bedside spirometry or pulmonary function testing.
• Knowledge of respiratory therapy practices and albuterol administration.
• Willingness to commute to clinics across a region and maintain a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Visit local primary care clinics to perform pre- and post-bronchodilator spirometry testing.
• Educate and coach patients to ensure accurate, high-quality results.
• Safely administer albuterol when indicated and monitor patients during testing.
• Grade and upload completed testing for pulmonologist review.
• Maintain testing equipment and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Build relationships with patients and clinic teams while representing Crosswalk Health.

Qualifications

• Current CRT, RRT, CPFT, or RPFT credential

• Comfortable commuting to clinics throughout a region
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Compensation

$245-300 per day paid biweekly; additional supplemental compensation may be available based on experience, tenure with Crosswalk Health, and region served.
