Job summary

Hudson Regional Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver comprehensive respiratory care in a four-hospital network in Hudson County. The role encompasses inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings, aligned with state protocols and patient-first goals.

Ideal candidates hold an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program credential (A.A.S. or higher), NJ licensure, CRT/RRT credentials, and CPR (ACLS/PALS preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school for Respiratory Care.
• A.A.S minimum degree in Respiratory Care is required.
• Must have NJ Respiratory Care License.
• CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses plans, administers, and evaluates patients receiving all respiratory care modalities as ordered by a physician or as delineated by medical center protocols.
• Delivery of respiratory care services to in-patient, out-patient and emergency room populations.
• Actively participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of quality patient care.
• Provides emergency, critical care, and general respiratory services to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

• Graduate of A.M.A. approved school for Respiratory Care; A.A.S minimum degree required
• Must have NJ Respiratory Care License
• Must have C. R. T. and R. R. T.
• Must have CPR certification, ACLS and PALS preferred
• Must have experience in Critical Care, Pediatric and Floor care
