You will assess and manage residents with respiratory conditions, administer oxygen therapy and chest physiotherapy, monitor ventilator-dependent patients, and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Respiratory Therapist license.
• CRT or RRT credential NBRC is required.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
