Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide direct patient care in accordance with physicians' orders in Yukon, Oklahoma. The role requires graduation from a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program and an active RCP license, with NBRC–RRT credentials. ACLS is preferred, PALS may be required for ER staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care per physician orders.
• Consult physicians on effectiveness of therapy and act as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff.
• Perform duties as assigned and support the ER as needed.
