Role Summary: The Respiratory Therapist provides comprehensive respiratory care to patients under the supervision of medical leadership, following physician orders and protocols.

• Key Responsibilities: Set up and manage mechanical ventilation, deliver emergency care, assist with cardiopulmonary resuscitation and intubations, monitor physiological responses, and educate patients and families about their conditions and disease management techniques.
• Qualifications & Skills: Ability to perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy, with attention to patient age and individual needs. Strong knowledge of respiratory procedures, emergency response, and patient education.

Additional Information: Sign-on bonuses are offered based on experience, with $20,000 for less than one year and $30,000 for more than one year of experience.
