Pediatric Home Service, Inc. is hiring a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist in Cleveland, OH. This full-time role requires on-site work with regular hours and on-call responsibilities as determined by leadership.

You will perform initial pediatric assessments, set up equipment, educate families, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure ongoing, patient-centered plans.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (NBRC) current.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Pediatric experience as a Respiratory Therapist.

• Set up initial equipment and educate patient, family, and caregivers.

Job Title

Pediatric Respiratory Therapist

Location and Hours

Location Cleveland Ohio Hours Monday Friday 8am 5pm Weekends On call as determined by leadership

Responsibilities

• Requirements holds the following license; LRT BLSTHE POSITION
• Uses analytical ability to perform initial patient assessments including physical functional social and environmental resource requirements and needs
• Ensures communication and coordination of services care among all clinical services
• Performs initial equipment set up and patientfamilycaregiver education
• Develops patient specific plans of care based on initial assessments to include problems goals and interventions
• Reviews and revises care plans on an ongoing basis and ensure that all patients are followed according to that plan per PHS policy
• Ensures that all required documentation is completed accurately and within the time frames set forth in PHS policy
• Participates in care conferences and collaborates with all care team members internally and externally
• Participates in day to day trouble shooting
• Performs all on call activities analyze problems formulates solutions and notifies manager on call as needed
• Attend department and staff meetings as necessary
• Schedule all patient visits per PHS follow up policy

Qualifications

• Certified Respiratory Therapist CRT by The National Board of Respiratory Care NBRCCurrent Basic Life Support BLS certification required
• One to two years of pediatric experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Preferred Qualifications Neonatal & Pediatric Specialist NPS
