Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program with at least an Associate Degree.
• Current Michigan license in Respiratory Care.
• BLS required within 1 month of hire; ACLS/NRP within 12 months.
• Two years clinical experience in a medical center or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and therapies for cardio-pulmonary system.
• Responds to rapid responses and emergencies; maintains airways and life support.
• Sets up oxygen and maintains equipment per protocol.
• Performs diagnostic tests and charting; participates in QA.
