Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to administer respiratory treatments, monitor patient responses, and implement care plans under physician orders. You will document care, maintain equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Role requires RRT credential and ACLS/PALS/NRP/STABLE where applicable, with a schedule of Full-Time Days and on-site responsibilities at Merit Health River Oaks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of respiratory experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• RRT certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Administers advanced respiratory treatments and monitors patient responses.
• Gives patient orientations before procedures to ensure cooperation.
• Documents ABG punctures and lab results accurately and promptly.
• Assists physicians with bedside procedures as assigned.
• Performs pulmonary testing and ventilator management as required.
• Ensures safety protocols and infection control during all procedures.
