AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana Muncie Campus is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide cardiopulmonary care and life support to patients. The RT will operate ventilators, deliver gases and medications, and assist in airway management on-site in Muncie, IN.
Qualified candidates have an approved respiratory care program, Indiana license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and 1–3 years of related experience.

TheRT is responsible for the performance of technical work concerned with administering therapeutic and diagnostic respiratory care and life support to patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities. Operating and monitoring respiratory equipment, such as, continuous and intermittent ventilators, medical gas delivery apparatus, incentive breathing/hyperinflation devices, environmental control systems, and aerosol devices; administering medical gases, humidification, aerosols, and respiratory medications; maintaining clearance of patients natural and artificial airways; obtaining blood samples and interpreting blood gas data; and providing primary assistance in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
