Pay Range and Benefits

This range is provided by Bertrand Chaffee Hospital and Jennie B. Richmond Nursing Home. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base Pay and Compensation

Location: Springville, NY

Full Time, Nights, 12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM)

Starting at $35.31/hr with shift differential of $1.50/hr for night shifts. Sign-On Bonus: $5,000.00

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cardio-pulmonary evaluations, EKGs, and respiratory therapy treatments.
• Conduct arterial punctures at radial, brachial, and femoral sites after appropriate certification.
• Understand the advantages, limitations, and precautions of equipment and medications used.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and disease management techniques.
• Carry out equipment decontamination and maintenance.

Requirements

• One (1) year of experience as a licensed Respiratory Therapist.
• AAS in Respiratory Therapy.
• Current and valid NYS Respiratory Therapy unrestricted licensure/registration.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (exam eligible).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
