Responsibilities

• Perform independent professional respiratory care, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
• Evaluate patient care, establish therapeutic objectives, and review outcomes.
• Provide care in critical and/or life-threatening patient situations.
• Administer emergency, life-sustaining procedures until physician oversight is available.
• Perform cardiology responsibilities, Breath Alcohol Testing, and other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff to provide seamless patient care.
• Adhere to departmental and hospital standards of practice.
