Loyola Medicine in Illinois is seeking Respiratory Therapists for part-time, rotating shifts. The team delivers respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations with treatments, ventilator management, and diagnostics. You will lead workflow as a charge therapist and contribute to evidence-based patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required in respiratory care and IL licensure-CRT or eligible.
• BLS certification required; NRP/PALS within 90 days preferred.
• ACLS and other NBRC credentials add value.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in respiratory care

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS
• NPS and/or ACCS credentials

RT 2 --

• Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
• CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
• Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (or within 6 months of hire)
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC (or within 6 months of hire)
• NRP & PALS within 90 days (effective July 1, 2025)

RT 3 --

• Associate degree in respiratory care; Bachelor's preferred
• 3 years of previous job‑related experience
• CPR/BLS - American Heart Association
• Current IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through NBRC

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $41.35 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
