Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Holds a Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License and a Registered Respiratory Therapist License.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Certification required; NICU roles may require NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care for patients of all ages, including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and aerosolized medications.
• Respond to respiratory emergencies and collaborate with the care team to develop patient-specific plans.

Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program, hold a Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner License and a Registered Respiratory Therapist License, and possess a Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate. Additional certifications such as NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. are required for NICU-specific roles.
