Job Summary

Adira Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist Pulmonary Rehab to join our team in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. Responsibilities

• Assess and develop treatment plans to strengthen lung volume and capacity so that patients may return home at their strongest.
• Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans to improve patients' lung function and overall health.
• Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including oxygen therapy devices, and nebulizers.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in rounds with the healthcare team to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-management and empowerment.
