Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient team. You will assess patients with respiratory needs, deliver therapy, supervise treatments, and develop care plans to support recovery.

Qualificações

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
