Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Western Massachusetts is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will provide direct respiratory care, including gas administration, breathing therapies, and patient assessments, helping individuals regain independence and improve quality of life.

Work with a collaborative care team, guide treatment plans, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive culture focused on compassionate

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of medical gas, breathing therapy modality, and medication.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
