CONNECTICUT PULMONARY SPECIALISTS is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team in New Haven, CT. You will evaluate patients and propose appropriate respiratory treatment plans, including care for complex cases, and collaborate with families to explain procedures and expectations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team! As a Respiratory Therapist on the team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients undergoing many different procedures and medical situations and making recommendations for an appropriate respiratory treatment plan. You may also provide respiratory care to medically fragile or complex patients, insert or remove endotracheal tubes, and work closely with the patient and their family to ensure they understand what is happening every step of the way. The ideal candidate has a patient, kind attitude with excellent bedside manner, a deep understanding of patient needs, and a strong grasp on respiratory regulations and best practices.
